My name is Giannis Diamantidis, Founder and CEO of Calyia Yachting. With more than 20 years in maritime tourism, my journey began as a yacht captain and evolved into owning and managing professional yachts. This path gave me both technical expertise and a true passion for creating unique experiences at sea.
Having traveled with thousands of people over the years, I learned deeply what every traveler truly needs and how to provide it — from safety and comfort to privacy and authenticity. This insight is the foundation of how I design every charter experience.
Specializing in yacht chartering, my focus is to create tailor-made voyages by selecting the right vessels, working with trusted partners, and crafting itineraries that exceed expectations.
At Calyia Yachting, my vision is clear: to turn every journey into an unforgettable story. By combining hands-on knowledge of sailing with strategic leadership and a dedication to excellence, I ensure that every guest enjoys not just a trip, but a complete luxury experience that reflects the beauty of Greece and the essence of true hospitality.

Our team also includes a “Visual Merchandising & Event Manager”, who is responsible for maintaining and promoting the company’s image, ensuring that every customer touchpoint is attractive and faithfully represents the values of Calyia Yachting. With 10 years of experience in the tourism sector, specializing in customer service within an airline, and an additional 5 years of experience in maritime tourism as a hostess, our Visual Merchandiser brings a wealth of knowledge to the team.
Her latest training includes modern studies in communications and marketing, equipping her with the tools necessary to effectively promote the company’s image. She not only maintains the physical presence and atmosphere of the business but also promotes the corporate identity through various advertising channels and social media platforms.
By utilizing her expertise, she plays a key role in the company’s development and helps increase its visibility, while creating a positive impression on our clients and enhancing their overall experience.
Podas Dimitris
I am Dimitris, and for me, wine is not just about taste — it’s about memory, sensation, and emotion. It’s the art of capturing time in a glass; of tasting the soil, the sun, the effort, and the history of a place. From the tannins of an aged red to the crystalline acidity of a crisp white, every wine is a little world, ready to take you on a journey. From the very first moment, I knew I wanted to be a fellow traveler on that
journey.
I believe wine and hospitality are inseparable. It’s the art of offering — not just a glass, but an experience. An experience I want our friends and guests to feel every time we open the door (and a good bottle).
